You're already keeping projects on track, whether or not "project" is in your job title. More and more, the roles that involve running projects ask for a qualification, and it could be what gets your name on the shortlist. GTI offers two nationally recognised project management qualifications, so you can start at the level that matches the work you already do.
GTI scholarships are open across both qualifications, including for people whose employer is paying for their study. Applications are assessed as they come in, so there's no deadline to beat. We look for people who are committed to a goal, not for academic results, and we can help you with the application.
Eligibility criteria apply. The scholarship amount depends on the qualification. NSW Smart and Skilled subsidies apply to both qualifications for eligible NSW residents, and VET Student Loans apply to the Diploma, subject to eligibility. Whatever is left can be paid with a payment plan.
These are for people already delivering projects who need the nationally recognised qualification that shows it. Start with the Certificate IV if you support or coordinate projects, or go straight to the Diploma if you've been managing them for three years or more.

Sally had already paid thousands for a PRINCE2 course with no support. She says PRINCE2 may look good on a resume, but the Diploma gave her skills she can use in any industry. She now talks to peers and managers in the right terminology, and she called GTI's support impeccable.

It works two ways: a conversation with your trainer, where you talk through how you handle the work, and evidence from the projects you've run. It's the kind of conversation a senior colleague might have to check you know your stuff.
Your trainer looks at your background against each unit and identifies where what you already do meets the requirement.
You talk through how you run projects in an interview with your trainer, by phone or video, and show evidence from your own work: plans, schedules, reports, budgets and the like. Your trainer tells you what's needed.
Most experienced workers save three to six months of study time through RPL.
Every unit comes with three free resubmissions and feedback along the way. Send your work, get clear notes on what to adjust, then refine it and resubmit. Your trainer is there to help you get it right, not to catch you out.
Your trainer decides what counts, unit by unit, based on your experience and the evidence you provide. RPL isn't an automatic shortcut, and you still need to show competency.

No. You can apply whatever your job title is. What counts is the project work you actually do. To apply for the Diploma, you need one of these: three years managing projects, the Certificate IV in Project Management Practice, or a referee from your company who can confirm your experience. The Certificate IV has no experience requirement.
It comes down to your role. The Certificate IV suits project officers, coordinators and team members who help keep projects on track. The Diploma suits people who have been managing projects for three years or more. If you're between the two, a quick call with an advisor will sort it out.
Yes. Both are nationally recognised qualifications, valid across Australia, delivered by Global Training Institute, a registered training organisation (RTO 31192).
